Main Hunting LodgeMain Lodge:
Our hunting lodge is located in the heart of the Northern forests of Wisconsin, just 9 miles from Lake Superior. The heavy clay soils and lush habitat create a mecca for Whitetail deer and Black bear hunting. The famed Bad River runs directly through our properties where we also provide guided Musky fishing trips. Our hunting area covers 15,000 acres of hunting land inaccessible to the public, directly centered in northern most Wisconsin.
The design of our hunting lodge was inspired by an old time traditional logging camp that Mike’s grandfather once had. It is a two level building that bunks 12 people on the upper level with a kitchen, dining area, bar, and private bedrooms. The second building we call “church” here at the camp for the cross that Mike attached to the front of it during construction, sleeps 8 with it’s own bathroom and sitting area and a wood burning fireplace.
Our hunting lodge packages include all meals prepared from scratch daily on site that are nothing short of gourmet. Guide services only is also available.
Extreme River Camp:
For those who seek an additional challenge…
Our extreme camp is located 1 mile from our main lodge, right on the high knob, overlooking the Bad River. It consists of wall tents and small cabins, outdoor fire pit, and picnic tables. All meals are included in the camp package and are prepared daily from scratch by the extreme “camp Jack” over the open fire with dutch ovens, etc..
Bear hunters based at our extreme camp also have the option to fish for trophy muskies in the mornings before their guide takes them out to their bear stand for their afternoon hunt. Both of our camps are completely off the grid, located in the most remote area of Northern Wisconsin. If you are looking for a Canadian style hunt on our side of the border, look no further.
