Description

The BG Defense TYPE-A EG11 is a double-stack 1911-style 9mm pistol built on a modular two-piece frame: an aluminum grip module with the TYPE-A checkered texture and a carbon steel frame for a smoother shooting platform. This internally comped version runs a hand-fitted 5 inch match grade stainless bull barrel with a polished feed ramp and a crisp, hand-fitted 3.5 lb trigger. A full dust cover with a 1913 Picatinny rail adds weight to help control muzzle rise, and the slide is set up for RMR, SRO or ACRO optics. Steel parts wear black Certess DLC and the aluminum parts are Type III hard coat anodized with a Cerakote finish. Optics and lights are not included.
