The Optimus® 6 is a 6mm bore additive manufactured (3D Printed) suppressor optimized for reducing system backpressure over “traditional” suppressors by way of its high-flow baffle design, while maintaining impressive flash and sound reduction. The quad-tine flash hider endcap was painstakingly tuned in conjunction with the low backpressure baffle stack to kill flash at a level almost unseen in other low backpressure suppressors available on the market.
The Optimus® 6 is made entirely from ultra-strong 17-4 stainless steel. The tube body of the printed core is machined during post-production to create a smooth, beautiful exterior absent of the normal printing layers visible in most other printed cans. The blast shield and mount system is machined in-house from 17-4 SS, then laser-welded to the baffle core allowing for easy warranty of the suppressor in the case of a baffle strike or other catastrophic failure.
