The Knives of Alaska Professional Boning Knife is a semi-flexible boning knife for breaking down game and working close to the bone. The 5 inch D2 tool steel blade is hardened to 59-61 Rockwell and ground thin for clean, controlled cuts. A black SureGrip handle gives a secure hold with wet hands, and the knife weighs 4.2 ounces at 9.625 inches overall. A Boltaron blade guard is included, and the knife is made in the USA with a lifetime warranty.
