Description
The North American Arms 1860 Sheriff is a single-action revolver in .22 LR and .22 WMR with a 2.5-inch stainless steel barrel and a capacity of 5 rounds. The frame and cylinder are stainless steel, and it has a rosewood boot grip, an exposed hammer, fixed sights and a safety cylinder with a half-notch. The maker says it is built on the frame of the popular Earl, with a slightly shorter barrel and a rectangular cylinder pin that lines up with the octagonal barrel. This model comes with a .22 Long Rifle conversion cylinder, which is a longer cylinder that fits in the .22 Magnum frame. Overall length is 6.25 inches and weight is 7.68 oz.
