Description
The Ruger Hawkeye FTW Hunter is a left-hand bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 PRC with a 24-inch cold hammer-forged barrel. The barrel is threaded 5/8x24 and carries the Ruger Muzzle Brake System with a removable radial-port brake, and the finish is matte stainless with a 20 MOA Picatinny rail. It has an LC6 trigger, a three-position safety, a non-rotating Mauser-type controlled round feed extractor, and a hinged solid-steel floorplate engraved with the FTW Hunter logo. The Pro Series HS Precision tan and black speckled synthetic stock has a full-length aluminum bedding block, and the rifle holds 4 rounds with a thread protector and sling swivel studs included. The maker says the removable radial-port muzzle brake significantly reduces felt recoil.
