Warne Maxima T/C Maxima 1 Piece Contender Base Black Steel M988M

Warne Maxima steel bases offer both maximal strength and versatility. Warne Maxima's simple, low-profile design and steel construction provide a significant improvement over other comparably priced two-piece bases, and Maxima bases are made from aerospace-grade materials. If you're looking for a Savage Axis/Edge scope base, this Maxima two-piece scope base will fit the Savage Axis, Axis II and Edge rifles. Although the Weaver mounting system is one of the strongest out there, it's also remarkably lightweight. That's why we based our Maxima Steel Bases around it. The low profile allows for optimal cheek weld in any shooting position. Designed for shooters by shooters, Warne Scope mounts give you confidence in every shot.
