Description
The CZ 457 Scout is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 22 LR with a 16.5-inch cold hammer forged barrel, a black finish, and an American-style beechwood stock. The maker built it as an ideal first gun for young shooters, with a short length of pull. It has a simple leaf rear sight and blade front sight, adjustable for windage at the rear and for elevation at the front, plus 11mm dovetails on the receiver for a scope. The muzzle is threaded 1/2x28, and the rifle has a push-to-fire safety, a 1-in-16 inch twist, and a weight of 5 pounds. It ships with a single shot adapter, and any 457 or 455 magazine from 5 to 25 rounds will fit.
