The D2 blade steel used is characterized by high edge retention and corrosion resistance. The pocketknife opens with the customary nail nick, while the backlock reliably locks the blade in place. For a traditional touch, the handle is made from a mother-of-pearl imitation with nickel-silver bolsters at both ends and is stylishly accentuated by three rivets.
