I purchased one of these specifically for shooting shotshells. I had a case of rodents suddenly in my shed. Rather than shoot through my nicer 22LRs I purchased this for less than the cost of a bunch of rat traps. It turns out to be a great little gun for the price. The WMR cylinders are also dirt cheap online from the factory. So, BONUS! The only downside is that the finish on the metal won't make it through a dozen rounds in the cylinder and head gap. It might as well be slackened with a sharpie. But, on sale, for $100 it does everything I need. And it turns out to be a fun one to shoot at the range. It is surprisingly accurate given the arcane sights. And, it is a great gun to introduce shooting to a newbie. The customization available is rather remarkable at very inexpensive prices from the manufacturer. It is totally worth it if you just want a fun little plinker that slows down your ammo use.
